The NYS Association of City and Village Clerks and the NYS Town Clerks Association are proud to host the International Institute of Municipal Clerks for a summer educational program at the Holiday Inn in Latham. This multi-day event is designed to aid municipal clerks in their daily responsibilities and duties.
