Viewing Archival Paycheck Data

PayServ Manual

Purpose

The purpose of this task is to view an employee's archived paycheck history online. This includes employee Job Data information, hours, overtime, miscellaneous earnings, taxes, deductions, garnishments, and special accumulators. Direct deposit distribution may be viewed. Paychecks are periodically archived but never purged.

Helpful Hints

  • This page is display only; fields can be viewed, but changes cannot be made to them.
  • The Payroll System will notify users when paychecks have been archived.

Viewing Archival Paycheck Data

Navigation Path

Main Menu > Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Archival Paycheck Data

Steps

  1. Enter employee’s EMPLID.
  2. Click the Search button.
  3. Select an entry in the Pay Period End Date column.
  4. View the information on the Archive Paycheck Earnings page.
  5. Click View All where multiple rows exist.
  6. Continue to the Archive Paycheck Taxes tab to view the information on the Archive Paycheck Taxes page.
  7. Click View All where multiple rows exist.
  8. Continue to the Archive Paycheck Deductions tab to view the information on the Archive Paycheck Deductions page.
  9. Click View All where multiple rows exist.
  10. If available based on security access, continue to the Archive Paycheck Garnishments tab by clicking the right arrow to view the information on the Archive Paycheck Garnishments page.

Result

The employee's archived paycheck data history has been viewed using the Archival Paycheck Data pages.
