DiNapoli: Greene County Couple Arrested for Allegedly Stealing Over $35,000 in Pension Payments

New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli, Greene County District Attorney Joseph Stanzione, and the New York State Police Superintendent Stephen G. James announced the arrest of a Tannersville couple, Kelly Tuomey, 56, and her husband, Stephen B. Tuomey, 60, today for allegedly stealing over $35,000 in pension payments.

Federal pandemic relief funds resulted in New York having a positive balance of payments with Washington, with the state ranking 42nd in federal fiscal year (FFY) 2023 on a per capita basis, according to a report issued today by State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli.

DiNapoli.
