The Online Services, Agency Financial Reporting Package (AFRP), is used by the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) to gather data-in-process which has not been entered into the Statewide Financial System (SFS) as of the reporting period closing date. The AFRP is activated in March for entities to report required fiscal year end data-in-process. It is also activated quarterly for entities to report data-in-process for the State’s June 30, September 30 and December 31 interim financial statements.  Representatives from each reporting entity are contacted quarterly through email with login information and reporting guidance.
