Your monthly Pension Pay Stub is available in Retirement Online and provides a breakdown of credits, deductions and federal taxes withheld from your payment. And throughout the year, you can view your pay stubs for year-to-date totals of each.
View Your Pension Pay Stub in Retirement Online
- Sign in to Retirement Online.
- Look under I want to… (located at the top right).
- Click View Pension Check link.
- Select date of the pension payment to view.
You’ll be able to see a list of payments you’ve received beginning with your January 2023 payment and going forward.

A Quick Guide to Your Pension Pay Stub
Please note:
- The examples provided in the interactive image are not a comprehensive list of all the earnings, deductions and credits that may appear on a pay stub.
- Further, the examples of earnings, deductions and credits are not applicable to all retirees or benefit recipients. If an example provided does not apply to you, it will not appear on your pay stub.
- Some sections of your pay stub may be blank. For example:
- If you do not have any deductions, the Before-Tax Deductions section and/or the After-Tax Deductions section of your pay stub will be blank.
- If your pension is not subject to federal income tax, the Taxes section will be blank.
Definitions:
- Current: The amount for the current pension payment.
- YTD: The year-to-date total amount for the payments you’ve received since the start of the calendar year.
